My sharpening service is one of a kind in that I offer a mobile sharpening service as well as a send away service. If you are local I can come to your house, restaurant, or business sharpen all sorts of knives and tools. I don't just work for professionals, I love to sharpen normal home knives. Many don't know the dangers of a dull knife and the pleasure of using a truly sharp knife. As a chef I have learned how dangerous a dull knife can be. Anytime you are putting pressure or forcing the knife through food or an object there is an opportunity to get injured. If you have a sharp knife it is easier to control and you should never have to force it through any object.
We offer one time sessions, monthly, bimonthly, and/or annual service.
